A word from the founder…

The past year has seen some dramatic changes in the Real Estate Market, some real estate companies are struggling and others have closed their doors.  I've learned from my years in a franchise office what works and what doesn't.  I've set out to do things differently to stay small enough to offer personalized service and be able adapt quickly to our changing market.

Ultimately a real estate transaction is about working with someone you trust.  I've built a team of agents with the knowledge and expertise you are looking for as well as the personal attention you deserve.

Our market is tough, but despite what you may have heard properties are selling and loans are available.  Interest rates are at historical lows and with excellent values in our market sales are on the rise.   The extension and expansion of the first time home buyer tax credit will certainly help our market to recover.
